The etymological meaning of photography is writing with light.
For over 20 years my professional, personal and teaching activity as photographer has revolved around light.
I started teaching photography in Uruguay. Later I moved to New York where I was laboratory monitor at New York’s ICP for several months. Finally I established myself in Spain and since 1992 I am teaching at GrisArt Photography School. Also I have been giving courses at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), the summer courses of the Huesca Arts School, Huesca Imagen and Tarazona Foto and have hosted presentations in image and photography fairs such as Sonimag Photo and FotoVentas.
I enjoy talking about my experience with lighting with both, artificial and natural sources, as well as sharing my tips with different types of equipment, expensive and self made ones.
